About the event
Waxing your skis or snowboard protects your boards from drying out and makes you glide more efficiently on the snow. So whether you are stowing your boards for the year or gearing up for what continues to be a stellar Spring ski season, waxing your boards is important. Bring your boards to this workshop (1 pair skis/1 snowboard, please!). You will learn how to hot wax and apply what you've learned to your own boards. This workshop is limited to 3 participants. Please RSVP and, if possible, arrive 10 or so minutes early to pay.
When: Thursday, May 11th, at 7:00 - 9:00 pm.
Cost: $20. (Free for DTL members.) Includes Ska beer/Skagua and a universal/all temperature hot wax.
What to bring: 1 pair skis or 1 snowboard. A wax of your choosing if you want to use your own.
Who: Anyone 18+ (21+ unlocks beer level).
Instructor: Tenny.
Level: Beginner.
Prerequisites: None.
