About the event
Waxing your skis or snowboard protects your boards and makes you glide more efficiently on the snow. Maintaining sharp edges will give you greater control whether you slay the pow, crud, or corn. Bring your boards to this workshop. You will learn how to wax and tune your edges and apply what you've learned to your own boards.
When: Thursday, December 15th, at 7:00 - 8:30 pm.
Cost: $20. Free for DTL members. Includes Ska beer and Skagua.
What to bring: 1 pair skis or 1 snowboard. A wax of your choosing; we recommend the universal/all temperature variety of hot waxes.
Who: Anyone 18+ (21+ unlocks beer level).
Instructor: Tenny.
Level: Beginner.
Prerequisites: None.
This workshop is limited to 10 participants. Please RSVP and, if possible, arrive 10 or so minutes early to pay.
