About the event
Waxing your skis or snowboard protects your boards and makes you glide more efficiently on the snow. Maintaining sharp edges will give you greater control whether you slay the pow, crud, or corn. Bring your boards to this workshop. You will learn how to wax and tune your edges and apply what you've learned to your own boards.
When: Thursday, January 12th, at 7:00 - 9:00 pm.
Cost: $20. Free for DTL members. Includes Ska beer/Skagua and a universal/all temperature hot wax.
What to bring: 1 pair skis or 1 snowboard. A wax of your choosing if you want to use your own.
Who: Anyone 18+ (21+ unlocks beer level).
Instructor: Tenny.
Level: Beginner.
Prerequisites: None.
This workshop is limited to 6 participants. Please RSVP and, if possible, arrive 10 or so minutes early to pay.
